Hi, I’m Kerry…

I am a Values and Strengths Coach, focusing heavily on relationships. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that each individual has unique values and strengths that can be harnessed to navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. I'm also a wife, momma to two incredible daughters, and a Mimi to seven grands. I live in Texas with my husband and Sheltie girl, Pepper. I love coming alongside women, helping them from where they are now to where they desire to be.

When I'm not coaching, my most cherished moments are spent with my family, baking for anyone who will share my cookies (it's part of my therapy), and reading. I also make it a point to retreat to the rivers as often as possible to indulge in my love for fly fishing. These moments in nature are my happy place.

What others are saying

  • The Values Course, “Treasuring Values, What We Hold To” was an impactful course for helping me slow down and take the time to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses and discover what my true values are in life. In turn, I am able to make decisions about my life through the lense of these values which impacts my overall joy and satisfaction in life. Kerry is a passionate and caring coach who was able to help me recognize things about myself that I couldn’t necessarily see on my own. She is encouraging and a real cheerleader for helping people find themselves and their values. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to find more meaning and purpose in life, for those who may feel overwhelmed in life or are struggling to find their place.

  • Kerry has been such a blessing in my life in so many ways. When I met Kerry, I could feel Christ’s vine flowing through her into many areas of my life, professionally and personally. She has a zest for life, the Lord, and for others. At work, Kerry has implemented workshops for our preschool teachers and staff. She has guided us to reveal our unique gifts from God, and has brought to light how each of us is an integral part of our team. Kerry continues to walk beside us, organizing follow-up sessions so that we may successfully accomplish our goals and continue to grow. Not only has she helped me make transformations within my career, but also within myself. She has inspired me to evolve from the inside out. With her support and guidance my spiritual life has deepened, which has strengthened me as a Christian, a wife, and a mother. Her love for the Lord is contagious and makes me yearn for more. Kerry is a precious friend, mentor, and role model, as well as a beautiful sister in Christ.

  • I met Kerry upon relocating to The Woodlands, Texas. She was leading a ministry for ladies who had recently transitioned to the Texas area. I will never forget her warm demeanor and honest conversations with each of us. I knew immediately she was someone I could be transparent with. Kerry is one of those rare individuals that walks into a room and says, “There you are!!” – she’s not a “here I am person”. She’s genuinely concerned with the total wellbeing of others – our families, relationships and walk with Christ. I can honestly say that Kerry has loved me through so much in my life and has never been too busy to listen or pray with me. She poured into me at a time in my life when I needed mentoring and guidance. Her Godly wisdom, encouragement and consistency with not ever giving up on me impacted my life in mighty ways. I admire the wife, mother, grandmother and friend that Kerry is. She’s someone I hope to pattern my life after. I am blessed beyond measure to have had her as a close mentor for years and she will always be a lifelong friend!
